Director - Marketing
Silpi serves as the Director of Marketing at KNMA, where she spearheads the museum’s comprehensive marketing strategy, encompassing exhibitions, public programming, outreach initiatives, and institutional partnerships. In her role, she is dedicated to elevating cultural awareness, utilizing the museum’s collection and curatorial strengths to engage diverse communities and foster a deeper connection to the arts. Her strategic marketing leadership is central to building KNMA’s audience and amplifying its brand presence.
Prior to joining KNMA, Silpi held senior roles managing renowned consumer portfolios, driving growth and innovation with organizations such as Nestlé, Britannia, and Titan Industries. With over 18 years of expertise across food, beverage, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors, she has steered iconic brands including Nescafé, Tiger, Tanishq, Arrow, and Lee. Her entrepreneurial experience in hospitality further adds to her versatile skill set.
Silpi holds a PGDBM in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Economics. Her extensive experience in brand management and strategic marketing across multiple industries now informs her commitment to advancing KNMA’s mission and broadening its artistic impact.
