Aseem Vadehra
Project Director

Aseem Vadehra is the Project Director for the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art’s upcoming cultural space in New Delhi and leads its Performing Arts department. Drawing on his family’s rich artistic legacy and expertise in project development, Aseem brings a unique vision to KNMA’s initiatives.

Immersed in art from an early age, Aseem follows in the footsteps of his father, Arun Vadehra, founder of the Vadehra Art Gallery (1987). After completing his education at NIFT, Delhi University, and Central St Martins, London, he joined his family businesses in 2001 and later became Director at Vadehra Builders, renowned for its collaborations on world-class projects.

At KNMA, Aseem drives cultural programming, fostering innovation and excellence while overseeing KNMA’s ambitious expansion project—a state-of-the-art cultural centre poised to open a new chapter for art and culture in India. A trustee of the Foundation of Indian Contemporary Art, he actively supports the visual arts globally.

Aseem is also a published writer—his debut collection of short stories, A Chance at Happiness, was released in 2012. An avid runner, he has participated in marathons worldwide.
